reporting bugs

If I were to measure the popularity of ZenMagick by the number of bug reports I’d have to say it is growing. However, most bugs are still reported via email. Don’t get me wrong - there is nothing wrong with sending me a nice email. Still, when it comes to reporting bugs, using the sourgeforge bug tracker would be much appreciated.

Not only would this make it easier for me to keep track of things, but it would also document existing bugs for other people interested. It also would enable users to see the status of things and if workarounds exist.

The same applies, of course, to  feature and  support requests.

  2. I have a large store and successfully integrated ZenMagick and, for the most part, found it to be useful however I am really frustrated as, after a few hours of working on this, I went to the store and clicked on an item that had various attributes and in the area where the drop down boxes or radio buttons once were there is now this message: “unsupported $attribute type: 0″ and there is no way to add the item to a cart, e.g.: purchase, any item with an attribute attached to it. Also, I have minimum orders for many items, something I liked about ZenCart over some of the other carts was that it offered this option, and I want to be sure that this is still available.

I am also having trouble with some of the boxes displaying re: mods that had been added to the original zen cart installation.
