With the new subversion code repository on sourceforge.net it’s actually possible to keep track of what I am up to.

Since I usually check in my changes at the end of each day (or even more often), the changelog is updated too.

The latest version including my latest comments can always be found here. Of course, while browsing you can also see all the comments entered during checkins.
